http://www.aukweb.net/cal/index.htmThere are few local events until September, though experienced audaxers might be interested in the new Oxon to Knighton 400km on 17th July, organised by Matt Chambers of Didcot Phoenix CC. This is a "shoestring" event, with little or no support, even at start and finish. (Edit - I believe entries now closed)- Sun 15th August from Shere, near Guildford, the "Tour of the Hills", a 110km ride with 2300m of climbing organised by Don Gray of West Surrey CTC. Note no entries on the line.
- Sat 4th September from Beech Hill, The Alan Furley "Up the Downs" 200 and "Down the Ups" 100, organised this year by Allan Adams.
- Sat 25th September from Bix (near Henley), The Henley Hilly Hundred, organised by Morris Dowding.
- Sat 9th October from Chalfont St Peter, The "Anfractuous" 200 and "Nyctophobic" 100, organised by Paul Stewart of Willesdon CC
- Sat 6th November from Cholsey (note change of venue), The Upper Thames 200, organised by Phil Dyson
